Internal plastering with gypsum multi-finish

The finish is often preferred to older alternatives to lime. The disadvantages to gypsum is that it is not breathable which often means it is not the first choice for older buildings.

Lime plastering

Lime plaster brings timeless benefits. Renowned for its breathability, lime allows moisture to evaporate, which can help prevent issues like mold and dampness. It’s flexibility makes it resistant to cracks, ensuring longevity and structural integrity. Lime plaster is eco-friendly and contributes to a healthier indoor environment. Lime can be painted with normal emulsion but it is best to use a breathable paint like limewash to prevent issues like trapped moisture.

Dry-lining
